  Flawed system with a customer service staff that makes you feel like they solved your claim problems when in reality, they didn't. I had to call back a few times just to get certain information that they CLAIM was on their website but wasn't. But I guess since you have to deal with these clowns for your unemployment claim, I guess they have you right where they want you, right?

  Worst experience of my life. They kept giving themselves extensions to see if my boyfriend was eligible. Finally after a month we got approved and can see that we have money coming on the website, but still haven't received the money. The hotline doesn't help, it hangs up on you if there are too many other callers, which there always are. Illinois needs to be sued over this.

  worst experience ever and extremely confusing. I have never been unemployed before and was unfamiliar with this process. They assume you know what to you and they talk extremely fast. They constantly direct you online but not all the answers are there. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my unemployment check. Thank God I found work already. One person told me to do a bunch of stuff without even looking at my profile, I kept explaining that I've been following their directions time after time after. Horrible system. This state needs to get it together!!!!

  Worst experience ever had.I called the 1-800 number for a week and a half I get an automated system then it hangs up on me can't ever reach anyone then when you go down there you have to have all this information that should already be in their system for example they want to know the exact number of days you worked for that employee during that year then they want to know the exact weeks you work for that employee. And remember you have to subtract the holidays! Who would actually know the exact days they work for an employee and the exact weeks.I lived in Arkansas, Iowa and Missouri collecting unemployment and all three of them this is the worst unemployment set up I've ever seen. Is it easy no. It's a pain in the butt.yes. state of Missouri asks who's last employer you work for then they ask in the last year-and-a-half have you worked for any other employee. Not once did they ask how many days you work for the employee not once did they ask how many weeks because all that information is already in their system. I have a seasonal job I'm laid off about 3 months out of the year. I'm going to have to go down there again and bring a cancel check the last payroll stub and contact my boss to find out my exact start date then I have to figure out how many days that I worked how many days that I took off how many vacation days I had and how many holidays in that time. Now that's a joke that should be all ready in their system.. and then if you get it and you do your weekly call and you don't use the internet you run into the problem of never getting ahold of the system it keeps hanging up on you! Would someone please fix this issue
