  Worst insurance office ever! Nearly caused us to lose our house when they doubled the cost of insurance the very day of closing. They are the very definition of a "Bait and Switch" operation. We had been working under a quote for more than 2 months and they switched it at the 11th hour. We found out about it while we were at the title company for closing. Luckily we were able to find another company that would honor the same rate and coverage for our home and auto bundle so that we could complete the closing. This was hands down the worst customer service experience of our lives. If you need insurance go to any other provider. In our case Nationwide saved us. There are no expletives strong enough to express our hatred for Kate Elder and her agency.

  I've been with Kate for about 20 years and have loved every year of it. I highly recommend Kate's agency for you as well. Her staff is super friendly and always there to help. I've purchased life, home, auto, and renters from her and I couldn't be more satisfied.

  Been with Kate ever since I started driving at 16, and she's always taken care of me. Her and everyone she's had on staff go above and beyond to get me the best coverage possible or work any issue I have out before taking the next step. And they always do their best to explain everything whether its a specific part of coverage so that I understand it better, or a way to lower my premium and get the most of my insurance. She's like family and I'm glad she's my agent.
