- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had such a terrible experience with them I called corporate on them. The lady who tried to do my taxes, her name is Joyce Lee, stay far away from her. She seemed nice at first but then she took a look at my paycheck stub and had the nerve to tell me that this is not enough to take care of myself or my daughter. At that point we had not even started doing my taxes and I walked out. I will never step foot in there again. It is your job to do my taxes not talk bad about me. Don't go there.
