  Krys has cost me over $3000. I had an awful experience with Krys Jacob personally. I have several properties and vehicles insured by State Farm and wanted to continue to do so. Moving to Saint Louis caused me to get an agent in the Saint Louis area to insure the home I was purchasing. Krys sent out an inspector. The roof had a section that was almost flat which calls for rolled roofing. Rolled roofing is what was there. The inspector says that failed State Farm's policy and I must have shingles. Every roofing company or contractor who came to give me a bid all told me my roof is fine the way it was. I inform Krys only to be told that I must put shingles or to find another insurance company. I made the mistake by not taking the advice about getting a new insurance company. I told a roofer to throw shingles over the rolled roofing. Final cost of the work was about $1500. They approved of the work and i was insured. Within 2 months, my policy was cancelled due to inability to pass inspection is what it said. I called another state farm and got insured right away and was also asked why i have shingles on the flat portion of the roof. What is done is done i guess. Fast forward now to almost 2 years later, i am selling my house which is failing inspection due to the shingles. It will cost another $1500 to remove the flat section and to put rolled roofing in its place. Stay very far away from Krys Jacobs. I would say she was the worst experience i have ever had when purchasing any good or service ever. I hope my experience can save at least one person from working with Krys.
